We understand that your purchase may not always fit you as you wish. As such all clothing items are returnable within 10 days after delivery.
Vintage clothing is often pre-loved and in second hand condition - meaning minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected. Aevum & Xana pics of items try to give you an accurate view of all items ensuring the disclosure of any visible faults. This is with regards to all our thrift store items.
Refunds will only be granted as a result of gross misinterpretation or in the rare case where a major fault may have been overlooked. Aevum & Xana reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’.
All postage costs are non-refundable.

We will refund you the full amount, if it is in the condition we sent it, after we receive the item.
